We love coffee.  Specifically small specialty coffee beans from here in Costa Rica. The geographical, engineering and culinary process that goes into a cup of coffee is fascinating, on a historical, scientific and social level.

And it tastes so good.

We are fortunate to be headquartered in Costa Rica, a country that not only has beautiful waves but is also a globally recognized source of excellent specialty coffee.  Matching these two passions together is a fun and logical choice for us.

We greatly appreciate the local farmers who supply the shop with fresh, high quality coffee, served daily at our small coffee bar.  Stop in for a pour over and relax in the backyard, or next to the boards in the air conditioned shop area.

We look forward to formulating our own specialty blends in the near future.  Look out for it!
